Hotel Glamour Master Bedroom.
The client had lived in the house over 30 years and had decided that they wanted 30 more and to invest in the space they had now that the children had left home. The first major change was to knock through one of the spare rooms into the master to create a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom hadn't been updated in a long time and the client was desperate for me to inject some life and glamour with 'Hotel' as a brief and I was thrilled to help.
The client is 'over the moon' with the make-over! The Client wanted a 'Hotel' look bedroom, which I interpreted as a glamorous, symmetrical and timeless space in soft opulent neutrals, grey, cream, silver and gold. I focused on using luxury materials such capiz shell, bone inlay and matt velvet, then choosing classical pattern detailing from the gold throw to the beaded cushions.
